Yoga is an ancient healing art, which can be practiced to balance and harmonize the body, mind, and emotions. This class will include….
-Breathing techniques, which can be used as coping mechanism when an individual is faced with stress.
-Mindfulness and meditation, which help to calm and relax the mind and body.
-Movement of the body, which builds strength, flexibility, and assists in pain relief.
Classes are catered to the attendees. Anyone can practice yoga.
